Structured forms work for 90% of invoices. The other 10% have very specific formatting requirements from their AP department.
Freetype mode lets a customer paste their exact invoice text, LLC name, PO number, notes, whatever they need, verbatim. You'll see it exactly as they typed it when you review the invoice.
